European Payment Systems: New Document Package from Rokhvadze&Partners

Rokhvadze&Partners offers a new document package that will expedite the process of registering and opening accounts in European payment systems. The document package, which the client will receive upon registering a legal entity, meets the standards and requirements of the unified European protocol.
Rokhvadze&Partners, along with corporate documents, will provide:
An English-language document package with an apostille:• Certificate of Incorporation (COI)• Ownership Proof Act• Company’s Chart• Consent to Act as Director/Officer
Model contracts with suppliers and customers in accordance with Georgian legislation;
Model documents for UBO:• Declaration of Source of Wealth• Declaration of Source of Funds
We can also provide the following additional services:• Lease agreement for office or industrial premises;• Current utility bills with a certified English translation.
The document provision period is 7-8 days from the date of company registration.
